5. How does the certification process work?
The process follows seven essential steps, including the initial assessment with an online survey, focus groups, insight reports, action planning, impact evaluation, company certification, and annual audits.

7. What is the validity of the certification?
The certification is valid for 12 months and can be renewed annually upon reassessment and fulfillment of the required criteria.
